Consultation
• It all starts with listening to you, which will give me a first overview of your event
• You can tell me about your kind of event and your challenges
• Together we will generate first ideas and will start to specify them
• Maybe you already started with the planning process using your own templates and check lists. We will look through the documents to structure, adjust and complete them where necessary
• You will receive useful tips on what to do next
• You will get useful templates ensuring a perfect planning overview, especially in terms of budgeting
• If you are interested, I will show you how to use DIY ideas to create wonderful and personal events
Package 2
Subscription service for 6 months
of 2 hours each
• All services from package 1 – Chat & Plan
• Regular exchange and consultations for the duration of six months
(2hours = 1 consultation session per month)
• Flexible dates
Recommended for the early stage of the planning phase
Package 3
Consulting upon demand
500.00 € for 10 single hours
• All services from package 1 – Chat & Plan
• Regular exchange and consultations for the duration prior to your event
• Flexible dates
• The single hours can be booked individually or back to back, e.g. one consultation session consists of 2 or more hours
Recommended for all clients, who want to be fully flexible with regards to timing of consultations.
* The consulting sessions will take place in person in Berlin and the surrounding area. For any other regions it is possible to organise videoconferences, e.g. via Skype, WhatsApp.
* Extra hours will be charged with 50.00€/hour.
* I also offer the complete event organisation including onsite support. Please ask for the ‘Carefree Package’.
